Customers may request the cancellation of a booked service or appointment subject to the terms outlined
below. Nothing within this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws. To request

Your legal consumer rights remain fully protected and are not limited by any section of this policy.
All cancellation requests, refund applications, and service-related claims are assessed in accordance
with the terms outlined below. We encourage customers to review this policy carefully before purchasing
any service through our platform.
Once a consultancy, advisory, or support service has been confirmed, it is considered non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another service or appointment date unless otherwise agreed by us.
Refunds will not be available in the following situations:
Requests to amend or cancel an assessment or verification appointment must be submitted at least 96 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Where a booking has not yet been fully processed, an approved refund may be issued after deducting a £10 administration charge. Eligible appointments may also be rescheduled without additional fees when sufficient notice is provided.
Refund requests submitted outside the required notice period will not qualify for reimbursement. Refunds will also not be granted under the following circumstances:
Any approved refund will be limited to the amount originally paid for the booked service.
Once our team has started reviewing, preparing, or processing documentation associated with your application request, the service becomes non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for providing all required documentation within 60 days of purchase. If the necessary documents are not supplied during this period, the application may be placed on hold. Should the customer choose to cancel after this period, a £25 administration charge may apply.
Where a cancellation request qualifies under the applicable terms, a standard £10 cancellation and administration fee will be deducted from any approved refund amount.
No refund or cancellation request will be accepted after documentation processing activities have commenced.
Physical products are dispatched once payment has been successfully received and verified. Deliveries are made using the address supplied by the customer during checkout. Depending on availability and destination, items may be delivered via postal services or courier networks. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate at the time of ordering.
Customers may request a return and refund within 7 working days of receiving the product, provided the item remains unused, unopened where applicable, and in its original condition. Refund requests may be declined under the following circumstances:

Refunds are not processed automatically and must be formally requested through the appropriate communication channels. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all eligibility requirements and conditions outlined within this policy are satisfied before a refund request can be reviewed.
